Commercial Sponsorship and Advertising

Today's MWR mission is to provide the Army the installation capabilities and services to support expeditionary operations in a time of persistent conflict, and to provide a quality of life for Soldiers and Families commensurate with their service. Our MWR employees at Fort Riley are dedicated in seeing this mission through on a daily basis.

This however would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Our sponsors make the events what they are.

We have over 50 events that need sponsors. Those events range from Triathlon to Pool Parties. Take a look at the great programs we have to offer our Soldiers and their family members in which you could be a part of.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Fall Festival - September 27
MWR Works with Public Affairs to make this historic event a huge success.

2nd Annual Oktoberfest - October 4 - 5
This event celebrates the German holiday with traditional beer, German band, Vendors, and Carnival

Women's Conference - October 22
Army wives have the hardest job in the Army. This conference is designed to help military spouses launch a new network of of friends and support.

B.O.S.S. Haunted House - October 29 - November 1

Quarterly Guide
Our MWR Guide is distributed quarterly to 7,000 families living on post, all our MWR facilities, PX, Commissary, Dining facilities, and the hospital.

Full Page Ad - $1000 a quarter
Half Page Ad - $500 a quarter
Quarter Page Ad - $250 a quarter

Web Advertising
Our MWR Website averages 4000 hits a month. The new cutting edge design allows for maximum visibility for the lucrative military market as well as the surrounding communities.

Gym Advertising (Banners)
Advertisers provide 8 banners to be hung in 4 of the MWR fitness facilities. These facilities experience the most foot traffic on daily basis.

Golf Score Cards and Tee Markers
The Custer Hill Golf Course is an amazing 18 hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. The course is open year round and host a number of Tournament events. There are advertising opportunities available on the tee markers and golf score cards.

New Comers Guide and Map
This brochure is given to all new comers and is available at all MWR facilities. It highlights what is available on Fort Riley to Soldiers and Family members.

Bowling Advertising
Our 40 lane bowling center and snack bar is the place to go for fun! With the snack bar, discounts for families of deployed soldiers and many special bowling parties it is a great place for Soldiers and family members to relax. Advertisers provide two banners that we hang in the facility in prominent locations.
