Army Family Action Plan (AFAP)
AFAP identifies issues of concern to America's Army family. Issues requiring action are prioritized, given measurable objectives and assigned to a lead agency to be worked. The focus must be at three distinct levels: Installation, Major Army Command (MACOM), and Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA).

FAQs:
Does Fort Riley have an Army Family Action Plan Process?
Yes, the Army Family Action Plan Conference is held each year in the fall and is open to all Service members, Family members, retirees and Department of Army civilians to submit issues.

What happens to my Army Family Action Plan issue if I submit one?
All issues are addressed at the local level and resolved if possible. If the issue requires a higher level to resolve then it is forwarded to Forces Command level and possibly to the Department of the Army level.

Who should I submit an idea to if I have an issue?
The Fort Riley Army Family Action Plan Program Manager, your housing mayors or unit commanders.
