Conduct initial reception and intake services for Warriors in Transition (WT) and their families.

Provide general orientation on SFAC services available and assessing individual and family needs.

Established centralized intake for information and referral.

Create and maintain comprehensive resources database and provide handouts regarding SFAC, installation and extended community resources.

Establish customer feedback system to identify services emphasis.

Coordinate referral to lodging for incoming family members and visitors.

Maintain information on points of contacts for members of Army National Guard and Army Reserve and on WTs’ equivalent for other DoD agencies.

Coordinate receipt of installation passes for your family members or extended visitors.

Maintain information on Virtual SFAC.

Through donation programs, purchase/obtain and maintain a supply of healthy refreshment on site (TBD).

Coordinate transportation needs (TBD).

Provide Information on respite care services for adult caregivers or families
with special needs.
