SFAC Outreach Services 

The SFAC Outreach Program Coordinator will:

Conduct broad needs assessment to identify Warriors in Transition (WT) Family requirements

Identify available services to include life skills training (parenting andhomemaking skills), newcomer adaptation, preventive education, risk identification, and crisis intervention

Identify Community resources that will support the WTs and Families.

Deliver Services through a variety of Service delivery methods:  On site at the SFAC, at the Hospital, in the housing areas, community centers, or other locations convenient to the WTs and their Families.

Coordinate Outreach activities with WTs and their families.

Coordinate with IACH protocol office for distinguished visitors and prepared
to greet and escort visitors when they arrived.

Recruit and  train Outreach Volunteers and coordinate SFAC volunteer program.

Establish network to export off-post services to isolates WT Families.

Coordinate and attend events to local organizational activities.

Collect maintain, and analyzed data , preparing report as requested.

Assist in donations receipt.

Serve as the Unit Service Coordinator.
